Northport Participates in the Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge
An initiative established by the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation, The Low Carbon Cities 2030 Challenge
aimed to accelerate the transformation of Malaysian cities towards becoming low-carbon cities. Northport has submitted its data for
participation and assessment to Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang.
Northport Participates in ESG Talk Seminar
Northport participated in the seminar organised by NAZA Enviro Group, held at the Glenmarie Golf Country & Club, Shah Alam. The
seminar provided an insightful platform for waste generators to explore innovative waste management solutions, focusing on the
benefits of waste reutilisation through co-processing and environmentally responsible disposal methods.

Northport Co-organises Concluding Workshop on EV-Battery Management Guideline (Industry Self-Regulation)
Northport collaborated with Malaysia Productivity Corporation to organise this workshop with industry players at Armada Hotel,
Petaling Jaya. The objective of the workshop was to gather a final round of feedback and insights from industry stakeholders,
ensuring the guideline aligns with best practices and supports the safe and sustainable management of EV-lithium batteries in
Malaysia.

Northport Joins Program Cintai Sungai Klang (Fasa 2)
The initiative, organised by the Majlis Bandaraya Diraja Klang aimed at improving cleanliness in the community areas surrounding
Klang, focusing on protecting and revitalising the Klang River. Representatives from various Klang-based organisations, including
Northport volunteers, took part in the event.
