STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS

We, Tan Sri Tajuddin Atan and Roshidah Abdullah, being two (2) of the Directors of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, do hereby
state that, in the opinion of the Directors, the accompanying financial statements set out on pages 197 to 352 are drawn up in
accordance with MFRS Accounting Standards as issued by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board, IFRS Accounting Standards
as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and the requirements of the Companies Act, 2016 in Malaysia so as to
give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Bank as at 31 December 2024 and of the results and the
cash flows of the Group and of the Bank for the year then ended.
