                                                               PTP Hosts Working Visit from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
                                                              PTP received a delegation from the Department of Commerce,
                                                              Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of
                                                              China. The delegation, led by Pei Wen Bin and Yang Xin, comprised
                                                              representatives from the Guangxi Nanning Wuxiang New Area Planning
                                                              and Construction Administration Committee, Free Trade Innovation and
                                                              Development Bureau, and Qinzhou Industrial Park (Guangxi) Investment
                                                              Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
                                                              The visit, which mainly featured productive dialogue and a port tour,

          PTP welcomed a courtesy visit from Kotahi Logistics, New Zealand’s   Johor’s broader economic ambitions, notably through the Johor-
          containerised exporter. The delegation was led by Emma Mary Parsons,   Singapore Special Economic Zone.
          Kotahi  Logistics’  CEO,  and  accompanied  by  Anne-Sophie  Zerlang
          Karlsen, Maersk’s Head of Operations for Asia Pacific.
          The delegation was given a tour of PTP’s world-class terminal and
          facilities,  giving them  an insight into  the port’s operational  and
          sustainability excellence. The visit also included a vessel tour on board
          the Mette Maersk, a Triple-E class Very Large Container Vessel (VLCV)
          with a full load capacity of up to 18,300 TEUs. Mette Maersk operates
          under the AE5 service within the Gemini Cooperation network and,
          following its departure from PTP, will continue its journey to London
          Gateway. The visitors expressed high regard for the knowledge
          exchange, commending PTP’s technological prowess, digital
          innovations, and steadfast commitment to sustainable growth.

          Northport Receives Visit from Shanghai International Port Group
          (SIPG)
          Northport welcomed a delegation from SIPG, comprising seven officers
          from SIPG along with representatives from MMC Ports and Yayasan Al   10 APRIL

          Visit by Chief Operating Officer of Hapag-Lloyd
          PTP was honoured to welcome Hapag-Lloyd AG Chief Operating
          Officer, Dr. Maximilian Rothkopf. Dr. Rothkopf, accompanied by Senior
          Managing Director of Region Asia, Hans Schäfer, was warmly received
          by PTP CEO, Mark Hardiman, COO, Joe Schofield, Head of Commercial,
          Prakash Thurairasasingam, and Head of Key Account Management,
          Ronald Yap. The visit held particular significance, as it marked Dr.
          Rothkopf’s first visit to PTP since the launch of Gemini Cooperation
          between Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk in February 2025.
          The visit started with a comprehensive presentation covering PTP’s
          operational  performance,  ongoing  developments  and  sustainability-
          driven  initiatives,  setting  the  tone  for  engaging  discussions  centred
          on enhancing efficiencies and exploring deeper collaborative
          opportunities. The guests were then taken on a guided tour of PTP’s key
          facilities, including the Central Planning and Performance Office, and
          continued through PTP’s bustling container terminal and the expanding
          Free Zone, underscoring PTP’s strategic growth capacity and pivotal
          role as a leading regional transhipment hub.
