          PTP's Monthly ESG Newsletter Initiative

          PTP has embarked on establishing a monthly newsletter for ESG
          updates, delivered through email to all employees, aiming to enhance
          awareness and understanding of ongoing sustainability affairs within
          PTP. This initiative was aimed at cultivating an informed workforce
          dedicated to the company’s ESG goals.

                                                               Penang Port Recognised at the 12th Asian Legal Business (ALB)
                                                               Malaysia Law Awards
                                                              The Legal Department of Penang Port has been awarded the Transport
                                                              and Logistics In-House Team of the Year at the prestigious 12th ALB
                                                              Malaysia Law Awards  2025. This esteemed recognition  highlights
                                                              the outstanding performance of in-house legal teams and law firms
                                                              nationwide. Winning this award underscores Penang Port’s commitment
                                                              to legal innovation, strategic support for business operations, and
                                                              adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance.

          Penang Port Contributes Smart TV to SK Sungai Nibong

          Penang Port donated a 65-inch Smart TV unit to Sekolah Kebangsaan
          (SK) Sungai Nibong. As part of its CSR initiative, this donation aimed to
          enhance the learning environment for students by providing modern
          technology that supports interactive and engaging educational
          activities. It also demonstrates Penang Port’s commitment to supporting
          nearby schools, particularly in aligning with its ongoing efforts to engage   14-15 JUNE

                                                              PTP conducted a casual yet impactful upskilling workshop under its CSR
                                                              RATU programme, benefitting 30 women from Gelang Patah, Iskandar
                                                              Puteri, Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang, comprising individuals from the
                                                              B40 community, single mothers and those facing financial hardship.
                                                              Held at Kolej Komuniti Bandar Penawar, Gelang Patah branch, this
                                                              workshop focused on baking assorted doughnuts. This marks the fourth
                                                              workshop in the series, following earlier sessions on traditional kuih and
                                                              cakes, and a business upskilling module centred on digital marketing.
                                                              RATU, part of PTP’s Harapan Lestari CSR initiative, is a dedicated
                                                              women’s empowerment programme designed to uplift underprivileged
                                                              women  in  Johor,  done  through  a  partnership  with  LPJ  and Yayasan
