Safety and Security in Port Operations
WORLD-CLASS CAPABILITIES
All ports and companies under
MMC are appropriately equipped
with the personnel and tools
needed to deal with threats on
port premises.
A substantial amount of auxiliary policemen and guards have been assigned at the following locations, with each
company’s total security headcount being as follows:

Additionally, certain ports have also assigned their staff to designated segments beyond just security personnel or
port police, based on individual capabilities and qualifications.
PTP Johor Port
Currently has 15 certified Marine Facility Security The port’s Security and Safety Department consists
