            Exploring Cold-Chain Solutions

The Cold Chain Logistics industry is currently experiencing significant growth and transformation, driven
by evolving technologies, increased demand for perishable goods such as floriculture and chilled foods,
and growing eco-consciousness. With ports serving as critical nodes in the global cold chain network,
several MMC Port companies have ventured into integrating cold-chain logistics into their operations.

          NORTHPORT PENANG PORT

Northport offers a dedicated chilled warehouse facility located To enhance its capabilities and capitalise on opportunities in

consists of 20,000 sq.ft space, comprises eight chill rooms fully gauging demand with its key stakeholders, including shippers,
operated by the tenants, with the storage temperature for the logistics firms, freight forwarders, and relevant government
rooms maintained between -5°C to 25°C to ensure optimal agencies. Investing in new cold storage facilities will undoubtedly
