            commitment that aligns personal values to those of the Company. The internalisation of these core values is intensified during
            employee engagements. In 2023, these values assumed a core role in the implementation of HRC’s core major Turnaround activity
            (see page 35), Continuous Improvement Programme (see page 35) and People Programme (see page 33).
