                                   Aligned with PTP’s 2019 Ipsum Magna (Great Optimisation) programme to increase
                                   its terminal footprint capacity, PTP continues to pursue opportunities and investments
                                   towards upgrading its existing infrastructure and facilities to ensure constant productivity.
                                   To this end, PTP has recently signed a contract for three additional cranes, due to be
                                   delivered in Q3 2023, to bolster the recent delivery of seven quay cranes and 11 RTGs
              PORT OF              in Q4 2022.

              PELEPAS              In addition, PTP is currently seeking potential investors to lease out their new
                                   Free Zone land, known as Tanjung Adang Phase 2C. This new area is suitable for a
                                   variety of uses, perfect to suit the demands of regional consolidation and distribution
                                   hubs for other highly import/export-driven containerised cargo. The 80 acres of
                                   Phase 2C are currently being developed to suit current demands and will be ready by
                                   Q2 2023 to lease, with a period of 30 years at competitive rates on the cards.


                                   Despite  challenges  posed  throughout  the past  few years,  Johor  Port maintains
                                   positive growth prospects  due to its  diversified cargo  capabilities and the  gradual
                                   global trade recovery. Johor Port aims to solidify its position as one of the main ports in
                                   the region for the years ahead by continuously meeting the capacity and operational
                                   demands of all stakeholders.
                                   In line with this, Johor Port’s priority for the upcoming years will be to improve and further
               JOHOR               enhance the conventional segment of the port, which focuses on increasing capacity
               PORT                by improving the equipment availability and reliability, improving the infrastructure,
                                   and enhancing processes and operational efficiency. Planned measures to achieve these
                                   benchmarks include replacing obsolete cranes, procuring new additional equipment
                                   for the conventional terminal, repairing and upgrading a range of ageing wharves and
                                   jetties for an increased handling capacity. Johor Port also plans to carry out new business
                                   strategies that focus on revenue improvement, service improvement, capacity expansion,
                                   business expansion and ESG.



                                   Attributing to a highly successful, milestone-breaking 2022, Northport is expanding
                                   its container storage capacity through the construction of a new block of container
                                   yard (J Block), which will provide an additional capacity of 531,732 TEUs once completed

                                   in May 2023. Northport has also purchased 34 units of new RTGs including 11 units of
                                   E-RTGs, as part of the equipment restructuring plan to boost the terminal efficiency
                                   and productivity. These new machines will arrive in stages starting January 2023.



                                   Penang Port has implemented the Vehicle Booking System (VBS) in North Butterworth
                                   Container  Terminal  (NBCT). VBS is an appointment system used by hauliers
                                   wishing to “drop off” and/or “pick up” containers at NBCT, which helps the terminal
              PENANG               to proactively manage customer demand and provide a faster turnaround,

                                   thus increasing productivity rates. VBS enables hauliers to plan visitation times
                                   in  advance, allowing for better planning with tracking while also indirectly leading to a
                                   boost in factory production demands.



             TANJUNG               Tanjung Bruas Port has optimised its port operations based on existing infrastructures
                                   and capacities, striving to explore new business opportunities and upgrades towards
               BRUAS               facilities and equipment to align with the Port’s current development plans.
               PORT                On 27 December 2022, Tanjung Bruas Port has installed 250-T crawler crane at its jetty.




                                   Kontena Nasional is excited to announce that it has entered into a new phase of its
                                   growth plan with the acquisition of a fleet of 46 new prime movers and six side loaders
             KONTENA               to further enhance its service capabilities in delivering excellent service quality with a
             NASIONAL              determined focus on consistency, precision and reliability. This will further strengthen
                                   the current fleet of 149 prime movers and 10 side loaders, with delivery of the new units
                                   beginning in batches from end of December 2022 until end of Q1 2023.
