IMMEDIATE AND ULTIMATE HOLDING COMPANIES
The Directors regard Malaysia Hengyuan International Limited (“MHIL”), a company incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia and
Shandong Linyi County Petrochemical Factory, a company incorporated in China, as the Company’s immediate and ultimate
holding companies respectively.
AUDITORS’ REMUNERATION
The aggregate amounts of auditors’ remuneration for audit and audit related services paid and/or payable of the Company during the
financial year amounted to RM391,000 and RM74,000 respectively.
