Kontena Nasional
The current maintenance team consist of appointed
contractors registered under Kontena Nasional, with the
supervision for the maintenance monitored by Kontena
Nasional’s Engineering Service Department (ESD) at Port
Klang, Penang, and Kuantan. Under ESD’s supervision, the
maintenance is divided into several processes including
Routine Service/Maintenance, PUSPAKOM Routine Check,
Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, as well
as a check procedure called ‘Pre-Departure Check’, done
by the drivers or Rakan Khidmat Penghantaran (RKP)
to preemptively detect and rectify failures before any
movement is made.
