Johor Port Organises Iftar with the Union

Johor Port hosted an Iftar gathering with the CEO and representatives
from Johor Port Union at Restoran Duyong Seafood in Kampung
Senibong, Permas Jaya. The gathering served as a meaningful
platform for open dialogue and strengthening relationships between
management and union members, fostering mutual understanding and
unity during the holy month of Ramadan.
Johor Port Distributes 2,000 Bubur Lambuk, Fosters

As part of its annual Johor Port Bubur Lambuk Programme,
approximately 40 employees from various Divisions and Departments
came together in the spirit of Ramadan to prepare and distribute 2,000
packs of bubur lambuk, a traditional porridge served during Iftar. The
preparation began at 9:00 am, with the employees divided into a few
stations for ingredients preparation, cooking, packing, distributing,
as well as cleaning. In total, seven large pots were used to cook the
traditional porridge reflecting strong teamwork and collaboration
across the organisation. The bubur lambuk was then distributed to
various local mosques in Pasir Gudang, namely Masjid Al’ulya, Masjid
Al-Ittihad, Surau Abdul Rahman Bin Auf, Masjid Taman Rinting, Johor
Port’s surau, the hauliers (lorry drivers), port's users, as well as to Johor
Port employees. This initiative not only embraced the values of sharing
and compassion during the holy month but also strengthened bonds
among colleagues and the wider community.
