JOHOR PORT

Johor Port’s ABAC Policy and Framework was established in November 2019, specifically designed as a foundation for the
Company to implement, maintain, review and improve an anti-bribery and anti-corruption system. The port's ABAC policy
outlines its commitment to conduct business ethically and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in every
jurisdiction in which Johor Port operates. Based on its Code of Ethics, every client, business partner, authority and member of
the public are treated with integrity, responsibility, accountability, respect and courtesy.
Johor Port adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any forms of corruption, enforced via Johor Port’s Whistleblower
Policy with the following outlined objectives:

• To protect a Whistleblower from reprisal as a direct consequence of filing disclosures.
• To safeguard such person’s confidentiality.
• To address a disclosure in an appropriate and timely manner.
• To treat both the Whistleblower and the alleged wrongdoer fairly, covering anonymous reports.

TANJUNG BRUAS PORT

Tanjung Bruas Port has established a dedicated ABAC Policy Statement which outlines its commitment to ethical human capital,
zero-tolerance approach towards corruption and compliance with all applicable laws, which demonstrates a strong, ingrained
culture of ethical practices. The port also utilises a whistleblowing policy, allowing anyone to anonymously report instances of
any wrongdoings or violations of laws, rules, regulations and/or a direct threat to interests, such as corruption, fraud and health/
safety violations.

KONTENA NASIONAL

Kontena Nasional dedicates a series of policies to combat aspects of corruption across the company’s value chain, some of
which are a standardised Code of Ethics, ABAC Policy, and Whistleblowing Policy. Additional risk policies covering general
conducts, quality and workplace safety, vendor engagements, environmental considerations and trades, providing the Company
and its stakeholders with comprehensive assurance across all fronts.
