                                                TANJUNG BRUAS PORT

The port centres its KPI assessments around two primary metrics to review its performance for the year, these being to achieve
the budgeted annual throughput volume for both TEUs and FWTs, and to meet targeted productivity levels, including 14 Berth
Moves Per Hour (BMPH) for the ship crane and seven BMPH for the crawler crane.

                                                      JOHOR PORT

The port’s KPI measurements include a Shared Corporate KPI (EBITDA & PATMI) weightage, distributed among employees across
three categories: Finance, Operations, and Support Services. Both the Shared Corporate and Departmental KPIs are applied to
individual employees, with the weightage adjusted according to job level.
Johor Port closely monitors KPIs tied to its operational performance, with specific targets set for edible and non-edible liquid
jetties, as well as multipurpose terminals. These targets focus on vessel waiting times (including targeted waiting times and
effective vessel flow management) and berth utilisation (with targeted occupancy rates to optimise utilisation). This approach
enables the port to assess its performance, with recent data indicating shorter waiting times at its jetties, surpassing targets,
while identifying potential improvements in utilisation balance and waiting times at its multipurpose terminals. Additionally,
productivity targets (measured in tonnes per hour) are regularly set for the handling of various product categories including
petroleum/edible liquids, break bulk, and dry bulk.

                                                     PENANG PORT

Penang Port has a dedicated KPI Performance Management framework based on the Group's general framework. In this
framework, the performance percentage of all port employees is scored through two components: 70% being through KPIs
and 30% being through behaviours/competencies. The KPIs of all employees consist of Shared Corporate KPIs through
group-wide financial indicators such as EBITDA, PATMI, Cost Management and Health as well as ESG and Departmental KPI
through specific departmental objectives outlined by the respective Head of Department and reviewed by Penang Port
Management, and Individual KPI, which results are fully dependent on individuals and are unrelated to higher-level business
         results.
To ensure the best possible, yet realistic results, all KPIs set must abide by the SMART technique, meaning that every goal must
be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Meanwhile, the six core behaviours/competencies that will also
be measured are Drive for Excellence, Problem-Solving, Communication, Teamwork & Collaboration, Stakeholder Management,
         and Job Knowledge.
