Oct Northport Participates in the Selangor International Halal Convention (SELHAC) 2024
16-19 The 3-day event with the theme of “Vitalising Halal Ecosystems” aimed to strengthen Selangor’s role as a global leader in the halal
industry by bringing together business leaders, experts and policymakers. Northport’s participation in SELHAC was aimed at promoting the Halal
Silk Route initiative to potential customers, especially the Halal industry players, exporters and importers while demonstrating the Company’s
commitment to contributing towards the development of the Halal industry.
Oct PTP Participates in SME ESG START Symposium
14-15 PTP was a key sponsorship partner and an active participant in the Symposium, which was themed "Forward Faster: Scaling SME
Sustainability Through Supply Chains", and held at Renaissance Hotel, Johor Bahru.

Head of Sustainability, Ezuwan Ahmad, also participated as a moderator in a Firechat Session on "Gender Diversity and Inclusion: Ways of Promoting
Gender-Equality and Building a Diverse Talent Pipeline".
Oct Northport Spearheads the Development of Electric Vehicle Battery Management (EVBM) Guideline
11 The EVBM Guidelines were officially launched during the EV and Battery Management Conference 2024, held in conjunction with
International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2024. The development of these guidelines, which was done in
collaboration and facilitation with businesses and regulators across the EV ecosystem, provided a framework for industry self-regulation by ensuring
the safe and sustainable management of electric vehicles (EVs) and EV batteries.
