Nov Members of MMC Ports Participate in Karnival Madani LPJ

Members of MMC Ports specifically PTP and Johor Port participated in
the Karnival Madani Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor 2024. Organised by
JPA, the event celebrated the port industry with a variety of activities
for all ages. PTP and Johor Port also hosted their respective annual
port tours during the event, offering visitors a firsthand look at their
operations.
The closing ceremony was officiated by YB Tuan Ir. Ts. Mohamad
Fazli Mohamad Salleh, Chairman of the Public Works, Transport,
Infrastructure, and Communications Committee of Johor. He
congratulated PTP for achieving a record-breaking throughput of 1.115
million TEUs in August and consistently reaching the one-million mark Oct

Northport’s CEO participated in a CEO Panel Session titled ‘Tackling
Corruption in the Port & Maritime Sector: Learnings from Malaysia’.

150 participants, including vessel operators, compliance professionals,
representatives from Protection and Indemnity clubs and key industry
